RULES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. All registration forms are due no later than Friday, August 2, 2019.
  2. The PPLSS Acceptance Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any entry. Applicants will be notified of their current acceptance status via email no later than Monday, August 12th. If accepted, an email will be sent to the applicants containing more information to complete registration.
  3. Car Club load-ins will occur Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 8:30 AM (more information to be provided). NO automobile will be permitted to enter the premises after 9:30 AM. Vehicles may not be removed from the field prior to 4:30 PM.
  4. Only members of invited clubs are eligible to participate. If you are interested in participating, please contact ParkUpFront at info@parkupfront.com.
  5. Your Car Club President and the PPLSS Acceptance Committee will have the final decision on automobile acceptance for the expo.
  6. No independent signs, displays, stanchions, or illustrations will be allowed. Business card-sized "For Sale" signs can be displayed in the window if the vehicle is for sale.
  7. Pop-up tents/canopies are NOT permitted. Appropriate lawn or similar chairs are allowed.

HOW TO ENTER

The Car Club Expo, powered by ParkUpFront, allows regional car clubs the opportunity to show their vintage, exotic, and collectible vehicles alongside the prestigious Collectors' Concours. Only members of invited clubs are eligible to participate. Please contact your Car Club President or ParkUpFront info@parkupfront.com, as they will have the final decision on automobile acceptance for the Expo.  


Though not officially judged, the "Peoples' Choice Award" is given to the Car Club entrant with the highest number of attendee votes.


Follow the link below to register your vehicle. You will be taken to the official Park Up Front website and given the option to download the app for Android or IPhone. After entering your vehicle information and uploading a colored, high-resolution photograph, you will be able to search for and apply to the 2019 Luxury & Supercar Showcase Car Club Expo.
